The venue had an absolutely perfect setting, right by Broughty Ferry. The host, Stuart, couldn't have been more helpful. The beach and the lovely local town added to the appeal of the location. We would have stayed for longer if we could.

The stay was lovely and we would stay here again. We chose this place for magnificent location just next door to Broughty Ferry, centre of Broughty Ferry, and Dundee, and great prices. The property was 200 metres away from Rough & Fraser.
Not one thing. It met expectations.

It would have been nice to have a bathroom cabinet or shelf for our toiletries.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation in a great central location. It was so easy to get to the beach and there were plenty of shops nearby. We loved that there was a pub downstairs and that we were right in the center of Broughty Ferry. the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-equipped. the service from the hosts was excellent and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch. the free WiFi and Sky TV were also a bonus.
The only downside we found was the lack of parking, but it was not a big deal as we were able to find a space nearby and it was just a short walk to the accommodation.
